Position: Sewing Machine Technician

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled Sewing Machine Technician to join our team at A & B Vacuum. The ideal candidate should have a passion for working with sewing machines and possess a strong technical aptitude. This position will involve repairing and servicing household sewing machines, as well as assisting customers with their sewing machine parts and supply needs.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair various types of household sewing machines.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with their sewing machine inquiries.
• Order and maintain sewing machine parts and supplies inventory.
• Work independently and efficiently to complete repair jobs in a timely manner.
• Keep track of repair schedules and communicate with customers regarding the status of their machines.

Requirements:

• Prior experience working with sewing machines and repairing household appliances.
• Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented and organized with good time management skills.
