We are Currently Seeking:

1. Home Builders:

As a home builder at A.D. Vice Construction, you will be responsible for constructing new homes from start to finish. This includes reading blueprints, laying foundations, framing walls, installing roofing, and finishing interiors. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential construction, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in home building
• Knowledge of construction techniques and materials
• Ability to operate power tools and heavy machinery
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

2. Altering & Remodeling Contractors:

As an altering and remodeling contractor at A.D. Vice Construction, you will be responsible for renovating and updating existing residential properties. This includes interior and exterior remodeling, kitchen and bathroom renovations, and home additions. The ideal candidate will have experience in remodeling, a creative eye for design, and a passion for transforming spaces.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in altering and remodeling
• Proficiency in a variety of construction trades (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design plans
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
