Position: Furnace-Heating, Air Conditioning Service & Repair Technician

At A J Heating & Cooling, we are currently seeking skilled technicians to perform service and repair on furnaces, heating systems, and air conditioning units. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC maintenance and repair, possess excellent troubleshooting skills, and be committed to providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair issues with furnaces, heating systems, and air conditioning units
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
• Install new heating and cooling equipment as needed
• Provide outstanding customer service to address client concerns and questions
• Document all work performed and maintain accurate records

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in HVAC service and repair
• Knowledge of heating and cooling systems, including troubleshooting techniques
• EPA certification preferred
• Excellent communication skills and customer service abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
