Position: General Contractor

As a General Contractor at A & M Contractors Inc, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of construction processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously
• Develop project schedules and budgets
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensure projects comply with building codes and regulations
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in general contracting
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Knowledge of construction processes and regulations
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Position: Home Builder

Our Home Builders are essential to our company as they are responsible for constructing high-quality residential homes for our clients. We are looking for experienced Home Builders who are passionate about their craft and dedicated to delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Manage construction crews and schedules
• Ensure quality control and safety standards are met
• Work closely with clients to fulfill their vision for their homes

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in home building
• Proficient in reading blueprints and construction plans
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations

Position: Building Contractor-Commercial & Industrial

Our Commercial & Industrial Building Contractors are responsible for overseeing the construction of commercial and industrial projects, such as office buildings, retail spaces, and warehouses. A & M Contractors Inc is seeking experienced Building Contractors who can successfully manage these complex projects and deliver results that meet our clients’ needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Develop project estimates and budgets
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Manage construction crews and subcontractors
• Maintain quality control and safety standards
