Job Title: Home Health Aide

Job Description:

• Provide personal care, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing, to clients in their homes
• Assist clients with mobility and helping them with exercises
• Monitor vital signs and keep track of client’s health status
• Assist with medication reminders and light housekeeping tasks
• Document care provided and report any changes in client’s condition to the supervisor

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Home Health Aide certification required
• Prior experience in home health care preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
