Position Available: Child Care Provider

Job Description

As a Child Care Provider at A Place For Children Too, you will be responsible for the daily supervision and care of children ranging from infants to school-age. You will work closely with a team of experienced educators to create a fun and engaging learning environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and social development of each child in your care. Your duties will include:

– Providing a safe and nurturing environment for children
– Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities
– Monitoring and documenting children’s progress
– Communicating effectively with parents and colleagues
– Maintaining a clean and organized classroom
– Adhering to all state licensing regulations and center policies

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience working with children
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work well in a team environment
– Knowledge of early childhood development principles
– Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
