Job Title: Registered Nurse

Job Description

As a Registered Nurse at A & R Health Care Services, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care in home health settings and medical clinics. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, administering medications, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plans
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Monitoring patient progress and updating care plans as needed
• Collaborating with physicians and other medical professionals to ensure optimal patient care
• Providing education and emotional support to patients and their families
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records
• Adhering to all regulatory requirements and best practices

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of employment
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of home health services and medical clinic procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
