We Are Hiring: Gift Shop Sales Associate
We are currently seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Gift Shop Sales Associate. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about spirituality, enjoys interacting with people, and is eager to learn and grow within a supportive and inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in finding the perfect spiritual and healing products based on their needs and preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions, and offering product recommendations
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Assist with restocking shelves and merchandise displays
- Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers and team members
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Passion for spirituality, healing, and mindfulness
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
