Position: Storage Facility Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated Storage Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our storage facility. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the storage facility, including customer service, sales, and operations.
• Ensure the safety and security of the facility and its contents.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Lead a team of staff members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the storage or warehouse industry.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Position: Warehouse Associate

We are also seeking Warehouse Associates to assist with the day-to-day operations of our commercial warehouses. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong work ethic and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with inventory management and tracking.
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other equipment.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet deadlines and fulfill customer orders.
• Maintain a safe working environment at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or storage environment is preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team.
