Job Description:

As a Chimney Contractor at A Step Above Chimney Cleaning, you will be responsible for inspecting, cleaning, and repairing chimneys for our valued clients. Your primary duties will include:

• Performing chimney inspections to assess the condition and identify any issues
• Cleaning chimneys to remove built-up debris, soot, and creosote
• Repairing and replacing chimney components such as flue liners, caps, and dampers
• Providing recommendations for maintenance and repair based on inspection findings
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations

Qualifications:

In order to be considered for the Chimney Contractor position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Prior experience working as a chimney sweep or contractor
• Knowledge of chimney systems, components, and maintenance practices
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
