We are currently seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at A Sweet Factory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in baking and pastry arts, with a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing treats. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, including bread, cakes, cookies, and pastries. You will follow recipes, measure ingredients, and ensure that all products are made to perfection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods
• Follow recipes accurately to maintain consistency
• Measure and mix ingredients
• Monitor baking process to ensure quality
• Decorate and garnish products as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Baker or in a similar role
• Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
