As a Building Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of properties, identifying any defects or areas of concern, and providing detailed reports to our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive inspections of residential and commercial properties
• Identify and document any defects, damage, or safety hazards
• Prepare detailed reports for clients with findings and recommendations
• Interact with clients to explain inspection results and answer any questions
• Adhere to all industry standards and regulations
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and reports

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in building inspections
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices
• Excellent attention to detail and observational skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Certification as a Building Inspector is preferred
