Position: Insurance Sales Agent

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to new and existing clients, assessing their insurance needs, and providing them with tailored insurance solutions. You will play a key role in helping our clients protect their assets and loved ones by identifying the right insurance products for their specific circumstances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads and build relationships with potential clients
• Educate clients on different types of insurance coverage options
• Analyze clients’ insurance needs and recommend appropriate policies
• Process policy applications and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Licensing in property and casualty insurance is preferred but not required (we can assist with obtaining licenses)
