Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 per year

Job Description

As a Juice Production Supervisor at A Y Juice Holdings, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our juice production operations. You will be responsible for managing the production process from start to finish, ensuring that our juices are made efficiently, safely, and with the highest level of quality. Your primary duties will include:

• Supervising a team of production staff to ensure smooth operations and meet production targets
• Scheduling and coordinating production activities to optimize workflow
• Maintaining equipment and machinery to ensure they are in good working condition
• Monitoring production output and quality to meet company standards
• Implementing and enforcing safety procedures and regulations in the production facility
• Identifying areas for improvement and implementing processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a juice production or manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control standards
