Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated General Practice Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general practice law and a passion for serving clients. The General Practice Attorney will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload and providing legal representation in a variety of practice areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of general practice matters including family law, real estate, estate planning, and more
• Provide legal advice and representation to clients
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
• Appear in court on behalf of clients
• Participate in client meetings and negotiations

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
