Job Title: Attorney

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court or before government agencies.
• Provide legal advice to clients on a wide range of issues.
• Draft legal documents, such as contracts, pleadings, and briefs.
• Research and analyze legal issues to support clients’ cases.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues on complex legal matters.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the state.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a law firm setting.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
