We are Hiring:

We are currently seeking motivated individuals to fill the following positions:

• Line Cook
• Server
• Busser
• Host/Hostess

About the Positions:

Line Cook

As a Line Cook at Abdel’s BBQ, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of barbecue dishes. Key responsibilities include:

• Prepping ingredients for the grill
• Cooking meats to perfection
• Following recipes and presentation guidelines
• Keeping a clean and organized work station

Server

Our Servers are the face of Abdel’s BBQ and play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include:

• Greeting and seating customers
• Taking orders and serving food and drinks
• Providing recommendations and answering questions about the menu
• Handling payments and ensuring guest satisfaction

Busser

As a Busser, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Key responsibilities include:

• Clearing and resetting tables
• Refilling beverages and condiments
• Assisting servers as needed
• Keeping the dining area clean and presentable

Host/Hostess

Our Hosts/Hostesses are the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere. Key responsibilities include:

• Greeting and seating guests
• Managing reservations and waitlists
• Answering phone calls and taking to-go orders
• Assisting with general restaurant duties as needed

Requirements:

While experience in the restaurant industry is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and a passion for food and hospitality. Key requirements include:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Team player mentality
