Job Title: Preschool Teacher

Abiding Word Lutheran School is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a key role in shaping the lives of young children and helping them develop the skills they need to succeed in school and beyond.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for preschool-aged children
• Create a safe and nurturing learning environment
• Provide individualized attention to each child
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress
• Collaborate with other teachers and administrators

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Texas teaching certification
• Experience working with young children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for working in a Christian environment
