Position: Home Builder

Job Responsibilities:

• Construct new residential homes from start to finish, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan and execute construction projects
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure materials are delivered on time and work is completed according to schedule
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment on construction sites, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other team members to provide updates on project progress
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process, ensuring customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential home construction
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
