As an Immigration Law Attorney at Abogados de Inmigración en Houston, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of immigration cases and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Represent clients in immigration proceedings, including asylum, deportation defense, and visa applications
• Conduct legal research and analysis to prepare and argue cases effectively
• Communicate with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders
• Stay informed about changes in immigration laws and policies
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to provide comprehensive legal services

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to practice law in the state of Texas
• Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing immigration law
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for helping immigrants navigate the legal system
