We are currently seeking a skilled Bankruptcy Law Attorney to join our team:
Job Title: Bankruptcy Law Attorney
Location: New York City, NY
Responsibilities:
Represent clients in bankruptcy proceedings, including Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 filings
Provide legal advice and guidance on bankruptcy laws and regulations
Prepare and file legal documents, such as petitions, motions, and applications
Negotiate with creditors on behalf of clients to reach favorable settlements
Attend court hearings and represent clients in front of judges
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the state bar to practice law in the jurisdiction
Minimum of 3 years of experience in bankruptcy law
Strong analytical and research skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Title: Criminal Law Attorney
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Responsibilities:
Defend clients in criminal cases, ranging from misdemeanors to felonies
Conduct legal research and prepare defense strategies
Interview witnesses and gather evidence to build strong cases
Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials, hearings, and appeals
Negotiate with prosecutors to reach plea agreements
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the state bar to practice law in the jurisdiction
Minimum of 5 years of experience in criminal law
Strong courtroom presence and advocacy skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
