We are currently seeking an experienced Loan Officer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping clients secure the best loan options for their specific needs. Job Title: Loan Officer

Location: Various locations across the United States

Responsibilities:

• Educate clients on various loan products and services offered by Academy Mortgage Corp
• Assist clients in completing loan applications and gathering necessary documentation
• Analyze financial information to determine loan eligibility and provide recommendations
• Collaborate with underwriters, processors, and other team members to ensure timely and accurate processing of loans
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral sources
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the mortgage industry
• Active NMLS license
• Proven track record of closing loans in a timely manner
• Strong understanding of various loan programs, including FHA, VA, conventional, and jumbo loans
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
