We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Home Builders/General Contractors.

Job Responsibilities:

• Construct and assemble new homes according to blueprints and specifications.
• Manage all aspects of the construction process, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project success.
• Read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and documents.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Perform various carpentry, framing, and finishing tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction.
• Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
