Technical Support Specialist:

Our Technical Support Specialists are the first point of contact for our customers who have questions or issues with our software products. You will provide exceptional customer service, troubleshoot technical problems, and escalate issues as needed.

Requirements:

• Strong technical skills
• Experience in customer support or help desk role
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of tax software is a plus
