We are Hiring for Home Builders and Social Service Professionals

Home Builders:

Are you passionate about construction and making a positive impact in your community? Do you have experience in home building, carpentry, or construction management? Acres Homes Multi-Service Center is currently seeking skilled and dedicated Home Builders to join our team. As a Home Builder, you will have the opportunity to work on projects that directly benefit the residents of Acres Homes, including building affordable housing units, renovating community spaces, and creating safe and sustainable homes for families in need.

Responsibilities:

• Construct and assemble homes, buildings, and other structures
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Ensure all construction meets safety and building code regulations
• Collaborate with team members and contractors
• Maintain tools and equipment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in home building or construction
• Knowledge of construction techniques and materials
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Social Service Professionals:

Are you dedicated to helping others and making a difference in your community? Do you have experience in social work, counseling, or case management? Acres Homes Multi-Service Center is looking for compassionate and skilled Social Service Professionals to join our team. As a Social Service Professional, you will play a vital role in providing support and resources to individuals and families facing challenges such as homelessness, poverty, and mental health issues.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions
• Assess clients’ needs and develop personalized service plans
• Connect clients with community resources and support programs
• Advocate for clients’ rights and access to services
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records

Qualifications:

• Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathy and compassion for those in need
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
