Job Title: Explosives Technician

Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Explosives Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with explosives in a construction or mining setting, and possess strong technical knowledge in handling and managing explosive materials. The Explosives Technician will be responsible for preparing, loading, and detonating explosives for various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble explosive materials for blasting operations
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
• Conduct site inspections and risk assessments
• Assist with blast design and planning
• Maintain accurate records of explosive inventory and usage

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with explosives
