Job Responsibilities:

As a member of the Action Pawn team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks depending on your role within the company. Some of the responsibilities may include:

• Assessing the value of items brought in by customers for pawn or sale
• Negotiating with customers to determine terms for pawn or sale transactions
• Providing excellent customer service and building relationships with clients
• Maintaining accurate records of transactions and inventory
• Assisting with general store operations as needed

Qualifications:

We are looking for individuals who have a passion for customer service and a strong work ethic. Some qualifications we are looking for include:

• Prior experience in the pawnbroking or financial services industry (preferred)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
