We are Hiring: Coffee & Tea Specialist

Are you passionate about coffee and tea? Do you have a keen sense of taste and an eye for quality? Join us as a Coffee & Tea Specialist at Adagio! In this role, you will work closely with our production, marketing, and sales teams to develop and promote our signature blends and products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting sensory evaluations of coffee and tea samples to ensure quality standards are met
• Collaborating with our sourcing team to select the best beans and leaves for our blends
• Creating new and innovative flavor profiles based on market trends and customer preferences
• Assisting in the development of marketing campaigns and materials to promote our products
• Providing training and support to our retail partners and customers on our products
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the coffee or tea industry preferred
• Strong sensory evaluation skills with a deep understanding of flavor profiles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for sustainability and ethical sourcing practices
