We are currently looking to hire for the following positions:

1. General Contractors:

As a General Contractor at Adaptive Construction Solutions, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes managing subcontractors, coordinating schedules, ensuring quality control, and communicating with clients. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and have a strong understanding of construction processes.

2. Building Contractors-Commercial & Industrial:

Our Commercial & Industrial Building Contractors play a crucial role in executing our projects efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities include site preparation, structural work, and finishing tasks. We are seeking candidates who have experience working on commercial and industrial construction projects, possess strong leadership skills, and can work well under pressure.

3. Real Estate Developers:

As a Real Estate Developer with Adaptive Construction Solutions, you will be involved in the planning, design, and execution of residential and commercial development projects. This role requires strong project management skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about creating innovative spaces that meet the needs of our clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of construction codes and regulations
• Proficiency in project management software
