Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, authorize, or recommend approval of real estate loans
• Advise borrowers on financial status and payment methods
• Guide customers through the loan application process
• Complete loan applications and submit to processing
• Review loan agreements to ensure accuracy
• Stay up-to-date on mortgage industry trends and changes in regulations

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Loan Officer or similar role
• Knowledge of mortgage loan process, regulations, and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field
• Loan Officer License or certification is a plus
