Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in negotiations and court proceedings related to accident and property damage cases
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support client cases
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance companies
• Attend depositions, mediations, and trials as needed

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• 2+ years of experience in accident and property damage law
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
