Job Title: Mortgage Loan Officer

Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mortgage lending and a proven track record of success in the industry. As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will be responsible for originating and managing mortgage loans, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Originate mortgage loans by conducting thorough financial analysis
• Educate clients on the various mortgage products and services we offer
• Guide clients through the mortgage application and approval process
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other industry professionals
• Ensure all loan applications are processed accurately and efficiently
• Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage lending
• Strong understanding of mortgage products and services
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Current NMLS license
