Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance and support to clients on a range of HR issues, including employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the business objectives of our clients
• Conduct HR assessments and make recommendations for improvement
• Assist with training and development initiatives
• Stay current on HR laws and regulations to ensure compliance for our clients

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• 5+ years of experience in HR consulting
• SHRM certification preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
