Computer Technical Assistance & Support Services Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues

- Train clients on best practices for using IT products
Requirements:
- Associate degree in IT or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in technical support roles
- Knowledge of hardware, software, and networking systems
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Computer Hardware & Supplies Procurement Specialist
Are you skilled in procuring computer hardware and supplies at competitive prices? Adventus Technology is searching for a Computer Hardware & Supplies Procurement Specialist to manage our inventory and ensure our clients have the latest IT equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Source and negotiate with suppliers for computer hardware and supplies
- Manage inventory levels and reorder stock as needed
- Work closely with vendors to maintain strong relationships
