Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in identifying their mortgage needs and provide them with suitable loan options

• Collect and analyze financial information to determine the financial risk of extending credit
• Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring all necessary documents are in order
• Work closely with underwriters and processors to ensure timely and accurate processing of loan applications

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer
• Strong understanding of mortgage products, regulations, and underwriting guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Must hold a current mortgage loan originator license
