Responsibilities:

- Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Install and repair drywall, flooring, cabinetry, and fixtures
- Assist with project planning, budgeting, and scheduling
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in home improvements, painting, or general contracting
- Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Job Title: Painting Contractor
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, scraping, and sanding
- Apply paint, stain, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces
- Operate paint sprayers, brushes, and rollers efficiently
- Ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a painting contractor
- Knowledge of painting techniques, products, and tools
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Job Title: General Contractor
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Hire and supervise subcontractors and laborers
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and materials

- Proven experience as a general contractor
