Job Description

As a Mortgage Specialist at Aequalend LLC, you will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate the complex world of mortgages. You will be responsible for working with clients to understand their financial goals and needs, analyzing their financial situation, and recommending the best mortgage products to meet their specific needs. You will also be responsible for helping clients through the mortgage application and approval process, providing guidance and support every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients’ financial information to determine eligibility for different mortgage products
• Recommend mortgage products that align with clients’ financial goals and needs
• Guide clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring all necessary documents are completed accurately and in a timely manner
• Communicate with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient mortgage approval process
• Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the mortgage process, answering any questions or concerns they may have

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in the mortgage industry
• Strong knowledge of different mortgage products and programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Current mortgage loan officer license
