Job Responsibilities

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Assisting members with questions about their health insurance coverage
• Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
• Educating members on Aetna’s products and services
• Documenting all customer interactions accurately

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
