1. Insurance Agent
As an Insurance Agent at Agency Yu Inc, you will be responsible for helping clients navigate through the complex world of insurance. Your primary duties will include:
– Providing personalized insurance solutions to meet the individual needs of clients
– Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction
– Educating clients on different insurance products and coverage options
– Processing insurance claims and policy changes
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for helping others. Previous experience in the insurance industry is preferred but not required, as we are willing to provide training to the right candidate.
2. Customer Service Representative
We are also looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and will be responsible for:
– Answering phone calls and responding to emails from clients regarding their insurance policies
– Assisting clients with policy changes, claims, and inquiries
– Providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
To excel in this role, you must have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
