Job Title: Home Builder

Job Description:

As a home builder at Aguero Enterprises, you will be responsible for constructing, renovating, and repairing residential properties. Your primary duties will include:

• Reading and interpreting blueprints and building plans
• Measuring and cutting materials to ensure a precise fit
• Building walls, roofs, and floors using various construction techniques
• Installing windows, doors, and other fixtures
• Applying finishing touches such as painting and sealing
• Ensuring that construction projects are completed on time and within budget

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential construction
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and building plans
• Knowledge of construction methods, tools, and materials
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
