Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the transportation of goods from point of origin to final destination. You will work closely with carriers, vendors, and customers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics operations and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor the transportation of goods
• Prepare and process shipping documentation
• Communicate with carriers, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth delivery
• Track and report on shipment status
• Resolve any issues or delays in transportation
• Manage inventory levels and warehouse operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role
• Strong understanding of transportation regulations and processes
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
