Job Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Air Duct Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As an Air Duct Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for performing cleaning and maintenance on air duct systems in both residential and commercial properties. You will play a key role in helping our clients achieve cleaner air and a healthier living environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Inspect air duct systems for dirt, debris, and other contaminants
• Use specialized tools and equipment to clean air ducts thoroughly
• Remove and clean air vent covers, grilles, and registers
• Install access doors as needed for proper cleaning
• Apply antimicrobial treatments to prevent mold and bacteria growth
• Complete service reports and documentation for each job
• Provide recommendations for air duct maintenance and improvements

Qualifications

• Prior experience in air duct cleaning or HVAC maintenance
• Knowledge of air duct systems and cleaning techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• EPA certification is a plus
