Position: HVAC Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance on heating and air conditioning systems
• Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to customers
• Follow company procedures and guidelines for safety and quality work
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Maintain accurate records of work performed

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation and repair
• EPA certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Position: HVAC Sales Representative

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and drive sales of heating and air conditioning systems
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to promote repeat business
• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
• Coordinate with installation team for seamless customer experience

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience in the HVAC industry
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Driven, motivated, and goal-oriented
