Position: HVAC Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs of heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems, and refrigeration units
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment issues
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
• Keep accurate records of work performed and complete service reports

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair
• EPA certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
