We Are Hiring for the Following Position:

Van Rental Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with van rental inquiries, reservations, and pick-ups
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and questions
• Inspect vehicles for damage and ensure cleanliness before rental
• Process rental agreements and payments accurately
• Coordinate with other team members to maintain efficient operations
• Communicate rental terms and conditions clearly to customers

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the rental car or van industry preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
