We are currently looking for dynamic individuals to join our team in the following positions:

1. Auto Insurance Sales Representative

As an Auto Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for helping clients find the right coverage for their vehicles. You will work closely with clients to assess their needs, provide quotes, and assist them in making informed decisions about their auto insurance policies. Ideal candidates should have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.

• Assist clients in selecting the best auto insurance coverage for their vehicles
• Educate clients on policy options, discounts, and savings opportunities
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

2. Insurance Customer Service Representative

As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will be the main point of contact for our clients. You will provide exceptional customer service, assist with policy inquiries, and process policy changes. Ideal candidates should have a strong customer service background, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.

• Handle incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Process policy changes, additions, and cancellations
• Assist clients with claims processing and follow-up

3. Life Insurance Agent

As a Life Insurance Agent, you will help clients protect their loved ones with life insurance coverage. You will work with clients to determine their coverage needs, provide quotes, and guide them through the application process. Ideal candidates should have a strong understanding of life insurance products, excellent sales skills, and a compassionate approach to assisting clients.

• Consult with clients to assess their life insurance needs
• Present and explain life insurance options, including term and permanent policies
• Support clients throughout the application and underwriting process
