Job Title: Accident & Property Damage Attorney

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in accident and property damage cases both in and out of court
• Conduct legal research and analysis to determine the best course of action for each case
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies on behalf of clients
• Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Communicate effectively with clients, judges, and opposing counsel
• Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations in the field of accident and property damage law

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law, preferably in accident and property damage cases
• Strong research and writing skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
