Job Title: Mental Health Therapist

Job Description

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with clients who are experiencing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. The therapist will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to develop an understanding of the client’s mental health needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client goals
• Provide evidence-based therapy interventions to help clients improve their mental well-being
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and workshops as needed
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and community resources to support clients’ holistic well-being
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and progress

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• Licensed or license-eligible therapist in the state of [insert state]
