Job Title: Locksmith Technician

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and replace locks, keys, and other security devices
• Provide emergency lockout services for residential and commercial clients
• Assess security needs and recommend appropriate solutions to customers
• Maintain accurate records of services provided and parts used
• Keep up-to-date on the latest locksmith techniques and technologies

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a locksmith
• Knowledge of different types of locks and security systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Job Title: Locksmith Referral Coordinator

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service or dispatching
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and phone etiquette
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volume
• Proficiency in computer applications and data entry
