Responsibilities

As a Home Health Aide, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Providing companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assisting with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks
• Administering medications as directed by healthcare professionals
• Monitoring clients’ health and reporting any changes to the nursing team
• Assisting with mobility and transfer activities

Qualifications

To be considered for the Home Health Aide position, you must meet the following qualifications:

• Valid certification as a Home Health Aide
• Previous experience in a home health care setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide compassionate care to clients of all ages
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
